As of mid September, security support for PHP 5.4 is no longer available. This means that any store running on a Zen Cart version that does not support PHP 5.5+ will become unstable and should be upgraded as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Why do I need to update?<\/h4>\n

Using older versions of Zen Cart may expose you to security vulnerabilities and bugs that have been fixed in more recent versions.<\/p>\n

Who needs to update?<\/h4>\n

It is strongly recommended to upgrade the following system versions: Zen Cart v1.5.2<\/strong>, Zen Cart v1.5.1 <\/strong>and Zen Cart 1.5.0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To find out what version of Zen Cart or PHP you are using, go to Admin>Tools>Server Info, or click “Version” on the top right navigation menu.<\/p>\n
