Zencart version 1.3.9h
Pinterest Mod version 1.2.0

Mod was working great until a couple of days ago. Mod still works, but Pin it button has disappeared and only shows text 'Pin it' now.

Any ideas why it's not showing now?

Thanks!

Using Zen-Cart 1.39H
Mod 1.2.1

The 'Pin It' button shows on my products page and works properly when I 'Pin It'.

But on Pinterest, when you follow the link it takes to a a page that says:

Sorry, the product was not found.

The URL that shows was:
http://getmebeads.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=34

The correct URL should have been:
http://getmebeads.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_7&products_id=34

What do I need to do to fix it?

Thanks!

I guess it removed the lines in the previous post because it has HTML code in it. ie Italics

I've checked other sites besides our 3 sites that are using this mod and looks like they are having the same issue we are. I'm assuming something has changed where the mod is pulling the image from. Any suggestions on a fix would be greatly appreciated.

Can someone show how to install this inline - compatible with FF and IE - with facebook, twitter, and share icons???? Here is my tpl_product_info_display.php file:

<!-- AddThis Button BEGIN -->
<div class="addthis_toolbox addthis_default_style">
<!-- Pin It Button BEGIN -->
<a class="pinitButton">
<?php
if (PINTEREST_BUTTON_STATUS == 'true') {
require($template->get_template_dir('/tpl_modules_pin_it_button.php',DIR_WS_TEMPLATE, $current_page_base,'templates'). '/tpl_modules_pin_it_button.php');
}
?></a>
<!-- Pin It Button END -->
<a class="addthis_button_facebook_like" fb:like:layout="button_count"></a>
<a class="addthis_button_tweet"></a>
<a class="addthis_counter addthis_pill_style"></a>

</div>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://s7.addthis.com/js/250/addthis_widget.js#username=xa-4cd1ec2b08cdcb12"></script>
<!-- AddThis Button END -->

Its not coming out right at all. For the pinitButton css I have:

/*pininterest*/
#pinitButton {margin-left:5em !important;}

Can someone help??? Thanks!!!!!!!!!

On line 28 at the base of includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_modules_pin_it_button.php

change the url from:
http://pinterest.com/pin/create/bookmarklet/

to:
http://pinterest.com/pin/create/button

The pin it image will now show in your store.

Hi,
first just want to say I think the plugin is great, well documented, and easy to install, thank you very much!!! I do have a question, and its more just because I am me than a real reason.... I noticed that while using the plugin, my zencart will not validate due to ampersands in the in the pintrest url that s generated.... Again, there is no problem, I just like to see everything validate if I can.. Is there a way to make the pinit button validate in zencart?

You can try changing them in includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_modules_pin_it_button.php.
