Managed Plugin Updates

Keeping your ecommerce plugins updated in your store is a routine task that should be performed often in order to maintain the security and stability of your system. This service is performed on a monthly or quarterly basis to ensure our clients remain up to date without having to stay on top of new plugin versions themselves. Ensuring the continuity of your site while upgrading the plugins can sometimes be a challenge, which is why having a team of expert developers at hand is important.

For Monthly updates; if less than 2 hours is needed to update the plugins, we will provide a credit for the unused time in 15-minute increments.

Similarly, if more than 2 hours are required, then we will inform you and request that additional time be added in order to complete the outstanding work.

For Quarterly updates, 4 hours is the starting point.
