Magical SEO URLs for Zen Cart
Magical SEO URLs (MSU) is a native, core-edit-free URL engine for Zen Cart 1.5.5e or newer. It boots through the autoloader, seeds its route catalogue, imports legacy MSU tweaks, and keeps your storefront .htaccess current without vendor lock-in.
Numinix rebuilt MSU from scratch as an open replacement for the encrypted Magic SEO URLs, preserving the established URL schema and honoring existing configuration values so inbound links and rankings remain intact.
Why SEO‑Friendly (SEF) URLs Matter

readonly-htaccessmarker, and surfaces failures through the admin message stack. - Configuration-Aware Upgrades: Seeds the Magical SEO URLs (MSU) configuration group and imports legacy msu_tweak.ini values so existing preferences carry forward.
- Cached & Extensible Routing: Combines an in-memory cache with the
MagicSeoRouteRegistryAPI, keeping lookups fast while letting plugins register custom routes safely. - Integrated Sitemap Workflow: Ships with a reusable
