We have been using the Corporate Plan for a few months now. While our main goal is to take advantage of Numinix's expertise in developing a new responsive design website using Zen Cart, we have been using our allocated hours for a variety of special projects.
Most recently we needed to make some fairly significant changes to our current site to accommodate a new line of products. Numinix exceeded expectations by not only developing some completely new pages for us, but took the time to "do it right". Now we have complete control of our new pages right from the Admin panel. Making changes do not require editing HTML code, but are accomplished using the familiar Admin panel features.
I have worked with Numinix personnel on weekends,and in the dead of night. They have always stood by to "hold our hands" whenever changes needed to be made. All this for a single fixed price per month. No more need to look in a crystal ball to budget our web development and maintenance expense.
