We have been using Numinix for a number of years to help us manage and modify our heavily customized Zen Cart installation. When Numinix developed the various monthly plans, we felt that the Corporate Plan was a good fit for our organization.

For a fixed fee, Numinix will provide a laundry list of services as well as up to 20 hours of programming time. This has allowed us to completely outsource our website maintenance. When we compared the cost of having even one person on staff for web support, the Corporate Plan was a clear winner.

Numinix has lived up to their word with speedy resolution of issues. Even (or especially) in an emergency, Numinix has shown us not only their ability to get things fixed, but the depth of their organization.

This has been very powerful software to help us, and it is very efficient and has lots of flexibility.

Does what it says, can be run with cron and easy to make manual adjustments and add credit which then notifies the customer. Also integrates with our email marketing modules from another company, which works rather nicely! Layout of module is great, and easy to use.

We found this was a worthwhile experience, not being quite sure. We got back a lot of information that we would never had noticed otherwise. We received the Audit back in good time and was very useful and enlightening to what we needed to be corrected and move forward. Thanks
