Numinix Order Archive Plugin
The Numinix Order Archive Plugin helps keep your Zen Cart store running smoothly by automatically moving older orders into a dedicated archive. This improves store performance while ensuring that both admins and customers can still access order history when needed.
Key Features:
Configurable Archive Rules – Set the number of months after which orders should be archived.
Automated Cron Job – Run the included cron script to archive orders without manual effort.
Admin Access – Easily view and manage archived orders in the admin panel under Customers > Archived Orders. Full order details remain accessible without errors.
Customer Access – Customers can view their archived order history directly from the storefront by clicking “Looking for previous orders? View your order history archive.”
How It Works:
Create or use an existing order, then backdate it in the database if needed for testing.
Configure the archive period in the Admin settings.
Run the cron job to archive eligible orders.
Check archived orders in the Admin or storefront to confirm successful archiving.
