E-commerce managers face a large amount of login screens on a daily basis. Memorizing all of the passwords would be a great time saver. However, most of us have do not that kind of memory strength, especially if you are dealing with safe passwords that require updates and contain numbers, letters, symbols, uppercase and lowercase characters.
To keep things simple, you can use a spreadsheet to organize this kind of sensitive information. Once it is completed, make sure to keep the file in a private folder on your computer, or you can print and it and keep it with you.
